Dragons of Fame and Dragon History
Question: Can you send me information about [insert dragon name/type here]?
Answer: To be quite honest, if the information about the dragon isn't on the site, I don't have it yet. However, if you are looking for a specific dragon that you don't see here, you can e-mail it to me and I will look for information about it. However, for more obscure dragons (which I have to do a lot of research on) may take me over a month to find.

Just please do me a favor and read through the site before you ask me to find information about a certain dragon. Someone e-mailed me asking me about Illuyankas, a dragon which is posted on this site. If you are looking for a specific dragon, please read the Dragons of Fame A-Z listing. If you are looking for a type, please read the Dragon Types listing. If you can't find what you're looking for there, or you need additional information about the dragon, you can e-mail me. Be warned, however, I won't always be able to help.

Question: Can you explain to me more about [insert specific dragon type/dragons of a specific area here]?
Answer: If you are going to ask me this question, please note that I need you to tell me exactly what you need to know. Someone asked me if I could explain Wyverns more. Now, that can mean a lot of things, but what she or he wanted to know was how and why they were in crests. (So, the more specific you get with your question, the more likely I am able to answer it.)

In short, I will try to help you as much as I can.

Question: Why don't you have information about [insert name here]?
Answer: This is quite simple: if I don't have the information about a dragon, dragon species, etc. there are three options. One, I am currently doing research on it, but I haven't finished. Two, I have heard of it but haven't begun research on it. Or, three, I've never heard of it before, in which case I'll add it to my life.

Dragon Media (Books and Movies)
Question: I'm looking for a specific movie. Where can I get it?
Answer: I am the very last person in the world you should ask this to. To be honest, I find almost all of my movies at local libraries (for the older ones), rental movie stores, etc. If you are looking for a movie, please do not ask me to help you find where to buy it - I am the last person to know.

Question: I've seen a dragon movie. Which one is it?
Answer: Many people have asked me to help them identify the dragon movie they saw, and they often include a description of the movie. Quite sadly, I haven't seen that many dragon movies, so I'd have to say that I can't really help you there. Sorry.

Question: I'm looking for dragon books. Where can I find them?
Answer: Well, firstly, check out your local book stores and libraries, usually they'll have a good selection. However, you may want to go online. Check out No Amazon to see a listing of online book shops where you can find what you need.

Many of my books on dragons were found in the Mythology section of book shops. I've become aware that some people are looking for dragon entertainment books, rather than information on dragons in the past, like Dragon Price novels and so forth. For these, I advise you to go to the science fiction and fantasy section.

Question: I'm doing a report/study/etc. on dragons. Which books/authors do you recomend?
Answer: I've gotten tons and tons of e-mails asking me which books and authors I use to research dragons. To be honest, I can't give you an answer unless you are more specific about what you want. Do you want French Dragons? European dragons? General dragon information, like a dragon encyclopedia? So, if you'd like, you can e-mail me with what you are looking for, and maybe I can help you.

Artwork
Question: Can I use this picture on my site?
Answer: Absolutely not. For a more expanded answer: you cannot use any of the artists' work on this website for your own unless you ask the artist and obtain their information.

Some people have asked to use my artwork on their website. For now, the answer is, sadly, no.

Question: Can I put some of my graphics on your site?
Answer: If you are an artist who draws dragon graphics that are rated PG-13 or lower, then you can e-mail me and maybe we can work out an arragement. I love to view other dragon works.

Question: Where do you get your graphics?
Answer: The graphics in The Circle Gallery are from different artists from many different places. In all cases, I have permission from the artist to use their work on my website. For the graphics in The Dungeon Draft, they are mine and of my own creation.

Question: Can you explain to me [insert graphic name here]?
Answer: That depends on what you want explained. I don't know very much about artwork (in comparison with some people) so please don't ask me about mediums and pencils and all that sort of stuff. I can tell you (sometimes) what the graphic is depicting...or what it looks like it is depicting.

Question: I have a dragon graphic, can you tell me where it is from?
Answer: I very much doubt that. A lot of people have been sending me graphics asking if I know the artists, time period, etc. of the graphic. Quite sadly, most get a response of "I don't know."

Other/Misc.
Question: I have this strange graphic/story/other medium of a dragon, can you tell me anything about it?
Answer: I will most certainly try for you. Feel free to e-mail me.

Question: Is your site "for real", or is it just for fun and made up?
Answer: I don't think I understand this question. I am guessing that people are asking me: "Is the information on your site fact, or is it made up by you?" It's both.

The information on dragons in history, mythology, etc. is all based on research and fact. The theories (which is why they are called theories) are based on the facts that I have researched, but are not really factual. After I've read the facts, my analysis usually leads to the theories.

Question: Why is this site up at all?
Answer: To unlock the mystery that is the dragon, why else? But, really, for more than that. I can't prove to anyone who doesn't believe that dragons existed, I know that. I can't prove to someone that dragons don't exist, either. However, this site is more than that; I am exploring the reasons behind this one fact: every mythology, religion, and what-have-you, has had at least one draconic being in it. Why?

Question: Who are you?
Answer: You can call me drago, of course.

Question: Where did you get all of this information?
Answer: Where do I begin?! I've gotten it through: classes, mythology readings, books, internet, e-mails, movies, shows...from everywhere. I try my best to confirm new information with another medium. (EG - When I find out information about a new dragon on the internet, I research in books to double check it.)

Question: Why is there so much about religion on your site?
Answer: It is my firm belief that you can't study mythology or folklore without learning about the religions of that time. After all, mythology is derrived from religion, and therefore you have to learn more about that religion to understand most of the mythology. Furthermore, the folklore of a people is highly effected by their religion. Therefore, in order to understand dragons, which come from mythology and folkore, you have to learn about religion.

Question: What religion are you?
Answer: This is personal information which you need not know. For the most part, I am agnostic. The Circle of the Dragon, as explained in the disclaimer, holds no religious affiliation.
