A Diversity of Dragons

Authors: Richard Woods, Anne McCaffery, and John Howe
Review: This book is full of exstensive information, pictures, and stories. The format is interesting, and I found the book enchanting. However, the only copies that I have found are huge, hard-covers that are hard to carry. Still, it makes for a good read - it contains excerps and actual stories about the dragons.

There are also charts of information in the back containing informaiton about Pernese dragons. So, for Pern lovers, this book contains much information. Furthermore, information about other popular dragon types is in this book. Sadly, since the 'characters' in this book discuss this informaiton, it is hard to rate the chracters.
